Becoming is a series of paintings that navigates the social and biological parameters of the body through the lens of Transhumanism. Through a disruption of what we believe is biologically ordained to the human form, the body releases the binaries and hierarchies of its categorization. This project plays on the abject body, interactive gaze and skewed perspective to visualize the ambiguity of the unknown.
